A smile as big as the sun that shone on the day.

Last month was the very laid back wedding of Jules and Karsten, and perhaps the most relaxed bride I have ever worked with. Completely calm and organised, it was wonderful on the day to see all of the beautiful detail that Jules had quietly being pulling together - from the gazebos on the lawn and the play list and the most fabulous jazz band to the flowery table cloths for cakes to sit proudly upon.

Canapes were served afternoon tea-style - scones with cream and jam and huge bowls of strawberries and tea and coffee in china cups and mojitos to kick off the party feel.

Today I received the most lovely thankyou note from them both - it made me happy and it made me remember again a lovely wonderful beautiful day:

'From start to finish we just loved it all and know our guests did too, despite getting burnt, bitten or both! Everyday brings another card to Mum or Karsten and myself from friends and family since who came all the way to celebrate with us and all are just massively complimentary about Lunga, it's lovely location, staff and the wonderful food they ate. From the yummy scones to the gravadlax which was so spot on for the sunny day we got, the cinammony beef with creamy dauphinoise and delicious lemon tart, it all went down an absolute treat!'
