Such a lovely thankyou!! Thankyou.

I cooked for Iain and Jane back in September - and received this lovely thankyou this week. I am so glad that the 'spirit' of the food was what they had both wanted - it was a beautifully relaxed wedding and that is just what they both wanted.

A great big thank you for such a fabulous wedding breakfast  back in September!!

'Sorry it has taken me so long to write to you but I really wanted to say that Iain and I were simply delighted with your exceptional food and felt it exactly represented our favourite style of eating with the bountiful locally landed seafood platters, which people are still talking about because they were so impressed and wanted better ways to get into the crab claws, the delicious spicy honey beef tagine and my favourite roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes served in lovely generous casserole pots and wide serving dishes, fantastic.  You did both our aunt's proud with your puddings and I was very happy to tell people that the chocolate brownies were based on my aunt's recipe whist the blackberry mousse was Iain's aunt's, all in the spirit of equality of course. The sparklers in the brownies went down an absolute treat, such a good idea and they made for very good photographs adding another level of entertainment to the day.  The chocolate brownies were to die for. Thank you.

I know you spent most of the day in the kitchen cooking and preparing for feeding our 60 guests so just thought I would share our photos with you as you were such an integral part of the planning our wedding .  Right from the start we were really happy that we had come to you and just knew that if the food was as warm and bubbly as your personality we were not going to be disappointed, especially after sitting down with you to discuss the menu and go through our ideas.

Your enthusiasm and zest for life and clear love of food really put us at ease and not only that but you worked extremely well with our budget to produce an impressive banquet style wedding breakfast.  We very much look forward to working with you again, the next time we are throwing a big party and will definitely recommend you to anyone who wants their catering to be that extra bit special with a personal touch.

Thanks again and I hope you continue to be a bright shining star for brides to be when you are helping them with their wedding preparations as you were to me.'
