Christmas spiced meringues with cardamon sugar and rhubarb coulis
Snow fell today. The sky was dark. The birds stood braced against the gale. So I stayed cosy inside and made Christmas meringues, product testing some of zingorganics delicious cardamom sugar. Recipe coming tomorrow!
